Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Ocean View - Full-time / Part-time

This is a family beach house (not rented), so we are looking for "as needed" services since family members visit on a sporatic basis - we are not there full time. House is 1456 sq ft single level home (maybe 3 steps to front porch). Our current housekeeper has gone out of business so we are looking to establish a new relationship.
