Family Medicine Physicians
Civilian Family Medicine Physicians at Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center – 99th Medical Group 4700 North Las Vegas Boulevard Nellis Air Force Base, NV .
1099 / Independent Contractor
Any State License
Full time
US Citizen
Degree: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).
Experience: Must have one (1) year of clinical experience within the past two (2) years.
Certifications: BLS & ACLS
Board Certification: Must have and maintain current board certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine (AOBFM).
Licensure: Shall have and maintain a current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Hours: Work hours will be scheduled Monday to Friday, from 0600 to 1800, to include a minimum of a 30-minute uncompensated lunch break.
No On Call
