Position: Nuclear Medicine Technologist\n\nShift Details\n

• Schedule: Monday – Friday
\n
• Shift Length: 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30)
\n
• Evening shift and one Saturday per month required
\n
• Optional 10-hour shifts during holiday weeks
\n

\n\nContract Duration\n

• 26-week contract
\n
• Restricted time off in the months of February and March
\n

\n\nWork Environment\n

\n
• Setting: Clinic and Hospital
\n
• Daily Caseload: Approximately 33 PET/CT scans
\n
• Majority of cases focused on oncology diagnoses
\n
• Two PET/CT scanners used for imaging
\n

\n\nPatient Care\n

\n
• Age Groups: Adults and Geriatrics (Adolescents preferred)
\n
• Special Procedures: PET/CT including Whole-body FDG, Brain, Cardiac, and Neuroendocrine Imaging
\n

\n\nEssential Requirements\n

\n
• Experience in PET/CT and General Nuclear Medicine
\n
• Ability to start and maintain intravenous (IV) lines
\n
• Familiarity with PACS
\n
• Certifications: BLS, ARRT or NMTCB, State license in Ohio
\n
• Experience with both inpatient and outpatient settings
\n

\n\nPreferred Skills\n

\n
• Myocardial imaging techniques
\n
• Adenosine infusion
\n
• Exercise/Rest protocols
\n
• Persantine Infusion
\n
• Pharmacological Stress Testing
\n
• Cerebral Blood Flow studies
\n

• Scrubs not provided (grey preferred)
