- 275-bed acute care hospital is part of the Adventist HealthCare System
- Medical staff of over 1,000 Physicians
- Construction is underway for a new state-of-the-art Emergency Department, ICU, and Cath Lab Suite (estimated to open in 2026)
- The hospital offers a Behavioral Health Unit with dedicated pediatric beds
- The hospital has a robust NICU and inpatient pediatrics unit
- Ample opportunity for career growth and involvement in medical staff office, medical education, and hospital committees
- ED Volume: 45,000
- ED Beds: 36
- Staffing Model:
- 40 hours of Physician coverage
- 35 hours of APP coverage
- EMR: Cerner
- CT Scanner and X-ray suite dedicated to ED patients
- Stroke, STEMI, and Thrombectomy Center
- 24-hour radiology reads and ultrasound
- Pediatric Volume: 18,000
- Admission Rate: 7.5%
- The Pediatric ED is supported by pediatric medical and surgical specialists, including surgery, neurology, cardiology, radiologist, anesthesiologists. All other specialties available by transfer or referral

- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $185/hour to $190/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Additional leadership stipend included.

As a medical director at USACS, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your Physician staff. You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department and across the organization.
