🏥 Practice Setting:

• Outpatient Family Medicine
• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 18 Patients Per Day minimum
• Mix of Pediatrics & Adult patients
• Epic EMR

✅ Requirements:

• Active California License
• Active DEA prior to start
• BLS & PALS Certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar outpatient/panel management setting
• Experience with Chronic Pain Management required
• Ability to complete chart closure within 72 hours
