As a Chronic Dialysis RN, you will provide critical care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Your role will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and administering medications, all while ensuring high standards of patient care. The setting requires self-sufficiency and reliability, as you'll often work independently without on-site management.
