Behavioral Health, Behavioral Health APP - Outpatient & Mobile Services

Augusta Health is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health APP to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.

This provider will primarily support the outpatient behavioral health clinic while also assisting with community outreach and mobile behavioral health services. The role includes medication management, collaborative care with an interdisciplinary team, and participation in a shared APP call rotation.

• 4.5 clinical days + 0.5 admin day weekly
• Average of 12–14 patients daily
