JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certification required
• Licenses: Active New York State License
• Other Qualifications: Immunization record, flu vaccine or declination, and negative TB or QuantiFERON Gold test within 1 year of start

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology care
• Collaborate with onsite Nurse Practitioner
• Manage patient volume of 12-15 patients per day
• Perform clinical duties within the scope of Hematology and Oncology
