Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work with residents recovering from illness, surgery, injury, and functional decline while helping improve safety, independence, and daily living skills.

What You'll Do:

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment goals
• Provide therapy focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, coordination, cognition, and adaptive techniques
• Recommend and educate residents on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
• Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to support resident care plans
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
