A respected law firm in the Pittston, Pennsylvania area is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 0–4 years of experience who is looking to develop litigation skills, gain hands-on courtroom exposure, and build a long-term career in workers' compensation law within a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Handle workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution
• Manage case files, documentation, and client communication
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and litigation-related proceedings
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide responsive service

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or awaiting bar admission results
• 0–4 years of legal experience required
• Prior workers' compensation experience or internship exposure preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
