CDR ProSource is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist II to join our manufacturing team in Three Rivers, MI. This position is ideal for a skilled, detail-oriented machinist who takes pride in tight tolerances, precision work, and producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Job Location: Three Rivers
Pay Rate: $27 – $32 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
3-day weekends every week (Fridays off)

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications to plan machining operations
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes with precision
- Work with Okuma machinery in a high-precision environment
- Utilize Mastercam and SolidWorks to support machining processes
- Adjust tooling, alignment, and machine calibration for optimal performance
- Work with GD&T and precision measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Monitor machining operations and make real-time adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment or machining issues to maintain production flow
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Communicate effectively across shifts and document completed work
Requirements
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience or equivalent skill level
- Strong experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes
- Ability to read blueprints and work confidently with GD&T
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and build fixtures/tooling when needed
- Aerospace experience is a plus
- Strong focus on quality, precision, and safety
