Job Description
We're looking for an experienced in the field leader to manage the full construction process of our new homesfrom groundbreaking to keys in hand. As a New Home Superintendent, youll oversee scheduling, trade coordination, site quality, and customer interactions. You'll ensure every home is delivered on time, on budget, and built to our high standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily construction schedules and job site progress
- Coordinate all trade partners and suppliers
- Maintain budget control and approve field invoices
- Conduct quality checks and uphold site safety standards
- Serve as the main field contact for the homeowner
What You'll Bring
- Experience leading residential construction projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and timelines
- Knowledge of construction practices and local building codes

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This position is field-based and requires regular travel to active construction sites. Work is conducted outdoors and indoors, often in varying weather conditions. The role involves walking through construction zones. Extended periods of standing, bending, and navigating uneven surfaces are required.
