Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology

Qualifications
• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Ability to supervise COTAs
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
