Job Description
Summary:
The Inside Sales/Customer Relations Representative-JCB is responsible for generating, qualifying, and managing sales leads while supporting the overall sales process. This role also focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction by conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience for the JCB equipment line
Essential Functions:
Organize data from JCB customer surveys into categories for parts, sale and service
Contact customers reporting lower scores to learn more about their specific customer experience and report data to managers.
Follow up with and verify leads, escalate verified leads to the appropriate sales representative through JCB Sales Master+ portal , and follow up with the sales representative within 3 days
Develop EDA leads in JCB Sales Master+ portal. Ensure contact details are accurate and cross reference the lead information with KanEquip customer records. Enter notes of Cross-referenced data in the system.
Identify and develop new opportunities within government agencies and companies enter leads into the Sales Master+ system.
Identify gaps and breakdowns in the sales process and recommend improvements. Proactively contact JCB customers ahead of scheduled service intervals; provide quotes, assist with scheduling, and document activity in the LiveLink system.
Requirements:
Knowledge of agriculture and construction equipment.
Knowledge of the sales process lead to closing and strong negotiating skills.
Awareness of competitors, industry trends and customer profiles
Proficiency in using CRM with multiple platforms, software, systems and portals
Effective verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work extended hours.
Resiliency, high energy, self-motivation, goal orientated.
Work independently and solve problems.
Ability to travel to company meetings and training events as needed Acceptable Motor Vehicle status and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Required Education and Experience:
3 + years of equipment sales experience and customer service experience Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
