Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and related legal documents
• Conduct client consultations and maintain strong client relationships
• Appear in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Manage discovery and case strategy
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality representation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of direct family law experience as an attorney required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team-oriented environment
