Your Role & Responsibilities
As an integral part of the clinical team, you will deliver top-tier preventive care and education to patients. Key responsibilities include:
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and oral health assessments.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.
Identify and document oral health conditions, providing accurate treatment recommendations.
Administer local anesthesia and apply preventive materials (sealants, fluoride, etc.).
Conduct Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) treatments as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and strictly follow all safety and infection control protocols.
Collaborate and co-diagnose with the dentist to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Work seamlessly as part of a dedicated team of dentists, assistants, and administrative professionals.
Requirements & Qualifications
Licensure: Active license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), or immediate eligibility to obtain licensure.
Clinical Skills: A detail-oriented, patient-focused professional with excellent clinical capabilities.
