Your Role & Responsibilities

As an integral part of the clinical team, you will deliver top-tier preventive care and education to patients. Key responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and oral health assessments.

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.

• Identify and document oral health conditions, providing accurate treatment recommendations.

• Administer local anesthesia and apply preventive materials (sealants, fluoride, etc.).

• Conduct Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) treatments as needed.

• Maintain accurate patient records and strictly follow all safety and infection control protocols.

• Collaborate and co-diagnose with the dentist to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

• Work seamlessly as part of a dedicated team of dentists, assistants, and administrative professionals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensure: Active license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), or immediate eligibility to obtain licensure.

• Clinical Skills: A detail-oriented, patient-focused professional with excellent clinical capabilities.
