Animal Care Needed

We are newcomers to the state moving here last year since the time Cash has gone to a grooming service in the area where he was held for four hours and basically tortured. I went to pick him up. He was not Groomed but he was. So traumatized, it frightened me!!! Now he is still being aggressive and defensive where new environments is uncomfortable he has adapted aggressive behaviors that he did not have before. Gradually they are decreasing, but its taking patience and time to get him back to normal..
