Job Summary
A CT Technologist position is available at a healthcare facility for a scheduled assignment starting on 09/21/2026 and ending on 12/20/2026. This role involves providing diagnostic patient care services and performing advanced imaging examinations in the CT modality. The technologist will be responsible for operating imaging equipment independently, maintaining department standards, and ensuring patient safety across various age groups.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: High School Equivalent / GED, Associate's Degree or completion of an accredited 2-year school of Radiologic Technology, completion of CT modality education, ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS certification in CT, and state licensure in Ohio
- Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in Radiology modality and completion of a second modality orientation
- Additional Information: Must demonstrate effective organizational, written and oral communication skills, proficiency in all relevant equipment and systems including PACS, EMR, and RIS, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Certifications such as Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) are required. The role requires physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, and pull regularly, including lifting and moving weights up to 50 lbs. The position demands frequent reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions, with constant eye/hand/foot coordination. Due to the nature of the work, excellent customer service skills are essential, and the technologist must work independently while adhering to all safety and compliance standards.
