Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items according to our menu standards.
• Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste for every dish served.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Adapt to changing menus and special requests from guests.
• Participate in kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for cooking and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
