- Pavement Marking Layout & Installation: Measure, lay out, and apply precision pavement markings across highways, airports, and commercial facilities according to engineered plans, PennDOT specs, and digital tools (e.g., Google Earth).
- Traffic Control & Site Safety: Perform Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MOT) duties—including certified flagging, setting safety perimeters, and executing mobile lane closures.
- Asset Maintenance & Inspections: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, perform routine equipment maintenance, and ensure spray systems and heating kettles remain field-ready.
- Material Handling & Logistics: Load, transfer, and audit specialized materials (epoxy resin, glass beads, thermoplastic compound) using company transport vehicles.
- Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA protocols, PennDOT guidelines, and union safety mandates across active highway work zones.
