Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials according to project specifications.
• Install wall frames, floor systems, and roofing structures with precision.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
• Inspect and replace damaged framing materials as necessary.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior framers on best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a framer or in a similar construction role.
• Strong knowledge of framing techniques and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in framing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
