Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with policy inquiries and coverage options to ensure their needs are met.
• Handle customer claims efficiently and empathetically, guiding them through the process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Provide timely follow-ups on customer requests and outstanding issues.
• Educate clients on insurance products and services to enhance their understanding.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Stay updated on industry trends and policy changes to provide informed assistance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Possess a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Insurance license is preferred but not required; we will assist with obtaining it.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• P&C license will be required to advance within agency.
