SALON & SPA FRONTDESK / APPOINTMENT BOOKING ROOM POSITION

We are expanding our Front Desk and Booking Room Team at our 10,000 square foot beauty and wellness mecca at the Loews Regency Hotel on Park Avenue, NYC. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the top salons/spas in the United States. We are seeking either full or part-time
Client Service/Booking Room Staff who have a passion for beauty, and enthusiasm for delivering specialty service at the highest level.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Efficiently book appointments for a super-busy 7 day per week salon & spa, and manage multi-line phones
• Deliver specialty service to our upscale clientele
• Advise clients on our service offerings and products
• Take phone orders from clients
• Miscellaneous administrative work

QUALIFICATIONS

• Enthusiastic, service-oriented and a positive attitude
• Previous salon, spa or retail experience
• Strong computer skills, previous salon or spa booking software experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task under pressure with grace and a smile
• Flexible in schedule and shifts as we are open 7 days/week
• Effective communicator and team player
• Highly organized and detail oriented
