Territory Sales Manager (Business Development) – Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager (BD) to drive new business growth across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This is a pure hunting role focused on generating new recurring revenue through commercial landscape maintenance, sweeping, and related service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new commercial business (100% new logo focus)

  • Build and manage a pipeline across DFW and broader Texas markets

  • Conduct site visits, create proposals, and own full-cycle sales

  • Develop accurate estimates using internal tools (Aspire, Site Recon)

  • Network through industry groups (BOMA, IREM, IFMA) and local events

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure successful contract execution

  • Maintain consistent activity: cold calling, networking, and client meetings

Target Customers

  • Commercial real estate (industrial, retail, office)

  • HOAs, COAs, and multifamily

  • Property managers and facilities leaders
    (No residential/private homes)

Compensation

  • Base: $85,000 – $100,000

  • Commission:

    • 4% of total contract value (paid upfront)

    • +1% bonus for multi-year contracts (year 1)

  • Car allowance: $850/month + fuel, tolls, maintenance

  • Full benefits Day 1 + 401(k) match
