We are recruiting experienced Digital Press Operators to join our talented team of high-impact employees on 1st and 2nd shift in our Aurora IL production facility. Qualified candidates will:
- Excel in a fast-paced production environment using problem-solving skills to keep the press running smoothly
- Use positive communication skills to mentor operators-in-training and keep the team focused on meeting productivity goals during all phases of production
- Be responsible for maximizing productivity while maintaining a high level of quality in all printed materials produced on the press
- Set up the press using detailed instructions to ensure the successful production of each project
- Monitor the quality of materials being produced
- Troubleshoot problems and make necessary corrections, involving a mechanic when necessary
- Supervise the work of employees assigned to your press/team
Experience and Education:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience operating a digital press
- Solid reasoning/problem solving skills
- Basic proficiency with computers in a Windows environment
