Become a Key Player as a Materials Handler

You will help ensure timely flow of materials and products from arrival through storage or shipment, directly supporting manufacturing and shipping/receiving operations. You will work on the 2nd shift (M–F | 11:30am–8:00pm) onsite with the team to maintain inventory accuracy and support production needs. Your work enables accurate fulfillment, safe handling, and on-time shipments for the organization.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and stock incoming parts and materials; check goods against purchase orders or invoices
• Load and unload trucks and prepare goods for final shipment, including posting weights and shipping charges
• Maintain records of received and shipped merchandise and document/reject unsatisfactory items
• Perform cycle counting and distribute materials to inventory and manufacturing lines as required
• Operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment while following safety procedures
• Follow written and oral work instructions and support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Work regularly scheduled hours and be available for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 1+ years of relevant experience (posting lists 1–2 years)
• Secondary Certificate / High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and database/MRP familiarity
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and to write and communicate clearly
• Experience with cycle-counting and records maintenance
• Skilled in using powered industrial trucks, material handling equipment, and small hand tools
• Ability to work within a structured/supervised environment and demonstrate regular, consistent attendance
