Job Overview: The Office Assistant ensuring smooth daily operations by handling clerical tasks, managing communications, maintaining files, and providing excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Communication & Front Desk: Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors in a welcoming, professional manner.
    • Clerical Support: Perform data entry, scan, copy, and file documents. Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
    • Correspondence: Sort, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of company newsletters or updates.
  4. Facilities Management:
    • Coordinate office maintenance
    • Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers.
