Chasing Your Dreams ABA – North Carolina
Chasing Your Dreams ABA is currently hiring compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, school, and community-based ABA services for children and adolescents with autism and related developmental needs. We are a BCBA-owned company focused on quality care, collaboration, and supporting both our learners and staff.

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the BCBA
- Collect accurate session data
- Use positive reinforcement and behavior intervention strategies
- Assist learners with communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and supervisors
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
