Job Description
A recycling and manufacturing facility in Cherryville is seeking a dependable Baler Operator to support daily production operations involving recycled yarn materials. This role is responsible for operating baling equipment, preparing materials for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and following all safety procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
· Operate baling equipment to compress and prepare recycled yarn materials for shipment
· Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
· Monitor product quality and ensure materials meet production specifications
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures
· Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support daily production goals

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
· Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work on feet for extended periods

The pay range for this position is $33,280–$35,360 annually, excluding bonuses or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
