Job Description
A-Line Staffing is looking to hire a pharmacy technician in a fulfillment center based in Frisco, TX. If the opportunity is of interest please apply.
Location: Frisco, TX 75033
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, shift assigned between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM
- A defined schedule will be assigned during onboarding
- Must be able to work at least one closing shift per week (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Job Summary
The Specialty Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician supports the preparation, processing, and distribution of prescription medications while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment. This position involves working closely with pharmacists, patients, physicians, and insurance providers to resolve prescription issues, process claims, and support overall pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process prescription medications using pharmacy fulfillment systems
- Review and resolve prescription exceptions, including claim rejections
- Conduct member and physician outreach as needed to resolve prescription-related issues
- Enter patient demographics and prescription information into pharmacy systems
- Research and resolve insurance billing issues and escalated patient concerns
- Escalate prescription-related questions to pharmacists for clarification and direction
- Assist with inbound and outbound calls with patients and provider offices
- Maintain workflow accuracy while meeting productivity expectations
- Support additional pharmacy operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license required
- Trainee licenses accepted if expiration is at least 1 year away
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–4 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred
- National certification preferred but not required
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing workflow demands
