Hiring Part Time Cleaning Technician

• Two positions open
• Monday-Friday
• Day & evening shift
• Starting pay $14.50 an hour
• Pay increase after 90 days
• Must have clean background & ability to pass drug screen/background check

As a member of our cleaning team, your job will be to make the client’s home or business clean and beautiful, while delivering the highest level of customer service. We are looking for an energetic, self-starter who can manage their time effectively. This role requires drive and a sense of accountability because the day to day working environment will involve working somewhat independently, yet as a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential/commercial properties within the scheduled time
• Clean according to the specific training/instructions provided
• Ensure that all tasks outlined in cleaning checklists are completed
• Ensure that tasks in cleaning checklists are completed to the highest standards
• Establish trusting relationships, and positive interaction with clients
• Deliver the highest quality of customer service with a professional appearance and attitude
• Comply with proper safety policies and procedures
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are transported to and from each job and maintained properly

Qualifications

• Ability to pass drug screen & background check
• Your own reliable transportation to drive to multiple locations daily
• Ability to communicate effectively in a timely manner
• Must be able to read and follow detailed directions/instructions
• Able to work with chemicals daily
• Able to lift/carry 10 lbs, bend, push, pull, kneel, climb stairs
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
• Able to work well under stressful deadlines and sudden changes
• Working & charged smart phone with ability to use GPS, and apps
• Must be organized & show up prepared with supplies daily
• Clean & neat appearance

Additional Information

Professional cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. Customer service skills are helpful.
