Cleaning Operator (2nd Shift)

Employment Solutions is seeking reliable and dependable candidates for Bilingual (English/Spanish) roles within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented Cleaning Machine Operator responsible for operating and maintaining cleaning equipment used in the production process, ensuring all machinery and work areas meet strict cleanliness and safety standards.

Job Title: Cleaning Machine Operator
Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Pay Rate: $14.25 per hour
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Located: Davie FL 

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 5:45 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cleaning machines and equipment according to company procedures
• Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment, tools, and work areas
• Handle and move materials, including heavy drums, safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety, GMP, and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull heavy drums
• Comfortable working in a powder environment
• No respiratory or skin allergies (due to exposure to powders/chemicals)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
