SHOP FOREMAN – DIESEL AFTERTREATMENT SHOP

DPF Alternatives is seeking a dependable, hardworking Shop Foreman to join our growing team in Auburn, WA.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced diesel aftertreatment shop specializing in DPF, DOC, and SCR systems. We are looking for someone with strong work ethic, accountability, leadership ability, and willingness to do whatever it takes to keep shop operations moving efficiently.

This is not a desk job. The environment is physically demanding, dirty at times, and requires someone who can stay organized under pressure while leading by example.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shop workflow and technician productivity  

• Ensure jobs move efficiently through the shop from intake to completion  

• Assist technicians with servicing, troubleshooting, and shop support  

• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety throughout the shop  

• Assist with inventory organization and operational support  

• Communicate with customers regarding service updates when needed  

• Help maintain a positive, productive, team-oriented work environment  

• Step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly

• Strong work ethic and reliability are REQUIRED  

• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to communicate professionally  

• Ability to lead by example and hold yourself accountable  

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding and dirty shop environment  

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs regularly  

• Team player mentality with willingness to help wherever needed  

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills  

• Ability to work overtime when necessary to complete jobs and support the team  

• Previous shop, diesel, warehouse, or foreman experience preferred
