IMMEDIATE HIRE for an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at apartment communities in Georgetown, KY.
NO On-Calls & NO Weekends!
Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels, or private homes
- EPA/HVAC Certification is a PLUS!
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must have personal hand tools and drill.
- Knowledge in HVAC | Electrical | Plumbing | Drywall | Painting | Appliance installation Repairs
Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas
- Successfully complete turnovers & work orders in between resident occupancy
- Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, building exteriors and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
