We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in fast paced bar food and catering environments. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal dishes.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Experience in sports bar establishments is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with menu planning and catering services is advantageous.
Excellent food handling skills with an emphasis on food safety protocols.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
