A growing home health provider is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and support a team of field nurses while ensuring high-quality patient care and full regulatory compliance. This is an office-based leadership role ideal for an experienced home health RN with strong OASIS knowledge and a passion for team development.

The Role
The Clinical Manager will oversee daily clinical operations and directly manage field RNs, ensuring care delivery aligns with physician orders, agency standards, and regulatory requirements. This individual will serve as the key bridge between the field and leadership, driving performance, quality, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and support a team of field Registered Nurses
• Review and oversee OASIS documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure patient care plans are appropriate, timely, and effective
• Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and clinical outcomes
• Provide guidance and clinical direction to field staff as needed
• Partner with operations and leadership to improve workflows and performance
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and agency regulations

Requirements

• Active RN license
• OASIS experience required
• Prior home health experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $86,000 – $89,000
• Up to 10% annual bonus
• Full benefits package
