This position is for an On-Call Handyman/Maintenance for a 28 unit Apartment Community in Victorville

Description:
Assist us with work orders, turnovers and rehabs. Experience in Handyman type repairs including some or all of the following:
plumbing
CHA
electrical
HVAC
repair
painting
flooring
lighting/plumbing fixture repair and
replacement
Site up clean
