Warehouse Scanner Associate - Order Verification

We are seeking a dependable Scanner / Checkout Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately scanning and verifying outgoing orders to ensure every item and piece count is correct before shipment.

Responsibilities

• Scan and verify all outgoing orders using RF scanner equipment
• Ensure exact piece counts and order accuracy
• Account for every item before shipment
• Support warehouse order entry and inventory tracking processes
• Input accurate order information into company systems
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations
• Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Follow company procedures and supervisor instructions

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, reach, walk, bend, and stoop throughout shift
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse scanning preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team-oriented warehouse environment
