Dream Home Furniture is looking for a motivated and dependable Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Waite Park, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of a team that helps create great customer experiences from warehouse to home delivery.

Position Summary:

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, furniture deliveries, customer service, product assembly, and inventory organization. This position works closely with a delivery partner and plays a key role in ensuring customers receive their furniture safely, professionally, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver furniture safely and professionally to customer homes
• Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries and in-store interactions
• Assemble furniture accurately and efficiently
• Receive and unload incoming truck shipments
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and cleanliness
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Inspect products for quality and report damages or discrepancies
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT requirements

Qualifications & Core Skills:

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and stay productive
• Team-oriented and works well with a delivery partner
• Comfortable in a customer-facing role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture safely
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred

Driving Requirements:

• Must be able to drive a non-CDL DOT-regulated vehicle
• Company will pay for the required DOT Physical to obtain a valid health card

Work Environment

• Active, fast-paced warehouse and delivery environment
• Frequent lifting, bending, and moving of furniture
• Local deliveries within the surrounding area
