LINK Staffing is hiring Machine Operators in Dayton, TX for a full-time night shift manufacturing role paying $17.00/hr. This position includes operating production equipment, keeping materials moving, checking product quality, and supporting daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery during the shift
• Feed raw materials into machines and keep production moving
• Perform basic machine checks and adjustments
• Inspect finished product for quality issues
• Report equipment problems to supervisors
• Complete basic production paperwork
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
• Able to work night shift from 8:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Able to speak either English or Spanish
• Reliable attendance and stable work history preferred
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
• Able to lift and move materials as needed
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical work
