Tech Support / Customer Service Representative
Full-Time • In-Person Only • 40 Hours Per Week

Fast-growing eCommerce wellness brand specializing in premium cold plunge systems, water chillers, and saunas is looking for a reliable, energetic, and solution-oriented Tech Support / Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time.

THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION ONLY.
Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and text
• Troubleshoot cold plunge chillers, saunas, and related wellness products
• Perform basic product diagnostics and minor repairs
• Help customers with setup, maintenance, and warranty support
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Process orders, replacements, and support tickets
• Assist with upselling accessories, upgrades, and extended warranties
• Work closely with warehouse and management teams
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs

Requirements:
• Basic technical and troubleshooting skills required
• Willingness to learn — full product training will be provided
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
• Customer service or technical support experience preferred
• Sales experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be dependable and punctual
