Kissing Rock Coffee is an award-winning specialty coffee shop on the Southern Oregon Coast, and we’re looking for great people to join the team for the summer season.

We’re all about good coffee, good people, and creating a welcoming space for locals and travelers alike.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have barista or specialty coffee experience
• Are comfortable working with espresso and dialing in shots
• Can follow recipes and make consistently great drinks
• Stay positive and calm during busy rushes
• Enjoy working hard with a fun, team-oriented crew
• Can work weekends and throughout the summer season

What You’ll Do:

• Make quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages
• Keep the café clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Provide friendly, genuine customer service
• Work with a team that cares about coffee and hospitality

Experience is preferred, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn matter most.
