Job Description
We are looking for English/Spanish speaking Office Administration / Medicaid Waiver EVV Billing Specialist who is seeking the next exciting opportunity in a complex and ever-evolving work environment! In this role, you will utilize your exceptional customer service and phone skills while you work with our caregivers and clients to collect information needed to process medical claims. You will complete both electronic and manual billings.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform manual or electronic processing of reimbursement claims.
- Review and analyze timesheets for accuracy to ensure data, time integrity, and perform corrections as needed.
- Process payroll bi-weekly.
- Perform billing and collections of Medicaid Waiver, Knowledge of Netsmart EVV is required
- Maintain accurate and complete records concerning billing activity.
- Track and request renewal authorizations as needed.
- Maintain billing files.
- Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with customers.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned. This job description is not inclusive of all responsibilities and duties and can be changed by management discretion at any time.
- Address employee inquiries regarding paychecks and statements.
- Coordinates and conducts orientation and onboarding program for new hires.
- Plans and coordinates recruitment of non-exempt applicants, develops and recommends recruiting strategies.
- Audits human resources records to insure data integrity.
- Maintains non-exempt HR staff time and attendance records.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) knowledge is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability and/or willingness to learn, understand and utilize computer software and hardware applicable to the organization’s operations.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills required
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and flexibility.
SCHEDULE
- This is a full-time position that will require a 40-hour work week.
- Hours: Generally, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
- Overtime as needed.
