We are HIRING DPS AND CAREGIVERS to become a part of our team! You will provide routine companionship to our residents at our small group located in Spring Texas. Our residents are looking for someone that is trustworthy and cares for their wellbeing. If you have compassion then we are interested in speaking with you !
We offer housing to the special needs and the IDD community. You must have experience working with this population. Must past a background check. We offer flexible hours M - F 6am to 10 am , 2pm to 10pm , and 4p to 8pm
Weekend 7am to 7pm , 7pm to 7am
Pier Diem and On call position
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to our residents
- Monitor and report changes in resident health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing most are independent
- Provide supervision administering medication
- Meal Prep, light housekeeping
Qualifications:
- Experience working with IDD or Special Needs and the Elderly
- Positive and Friendly Personality
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Ability to be proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to work alone or with a team
- Reliable and dedicated person
