Certified Pharmacy Technician

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)

Oxford Solutions is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our client’s growing team. This is a contract to hire, onsite role in a closed-door pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions accurately according to company protocols
• Communicate with providers and physicians via phone and email to resolve prescription inquiries
• Address and resolve open issues from pharmacists, technicians, and internal teams
• Maintain compliance with corporate, state, and federal pharmacy regulations
• Perform additional pharmacy technician duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of retail pharmacy technician experience
• PTCB or NHA certification required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software
• Competence in basic pharmacy calculations
