Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in ICU, PCU, or critical care nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS and ACLS required; specialty critical care certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications, blood products, and advanced interventions safely.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or changes in patient status.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and health management.
• Document care accurately and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
