Most of our patients are recently discharged from the hospital and are at a high risk for rehospitalization. CHF/ COPD/ wounds/some wound vacs/ IV-PICC lines.

Requirements

Required Certifications: BLS, valid driver's license and insurance
Minimum 2 years of experience as RN Home Health (Experience or 'Must have' skills HCHB- HomeCare HomeBase preferred)
