Now Hiring: Commercial / Industrial Estimator – Denver, CO
We are excited to partner with an international client in the construction industry to find a skilled Estimator with strong experience in commercial and/or industrial projects and hands-on expertise in Bluebeam.

What You’ll Do:
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects
• Utilize Bluebeam for takeoffs, drawing reviews, and estimating support (required)
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope to determine labor, materials, and costs
• Support bid preparation and submission processes
• Evaluate project requirements and risks using company guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to align scope and pricing
• Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions using technical expertise
• Maintain and update estimating documentation and project records
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in commercial and/or industrial construction estimating
• Strong proficiency with Bluebeam (required)
• Solid hands-on experience within the estimating discipline
• Strong analytical skills and sound technical judgment
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: $75,000 – $105,000
