Duties

• Quickly confirming appointments through phone calls, text, and email follow-up from the marketing campaigns.
• Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
• Assist customers in product selection by offering knowledgeable recommendations and conducting one-on-one consultations for our products and services.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including assisting clients with financing through our finance partners.
• Create urgency and upsell products and services, high ticket package selling, to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Promoting and selling memberships for our products and services, and building relationships with our clientele
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
• Supervise or assist in training new team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Must be coachable and ready to learn and train.

Experience

• Previous MedSpa sales experience is preferred but not required; high ticket sales experience is a plus; retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude, and creating urgency are key!
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math is advantageous.
• Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team.
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for success.
• Experience working in retail environments, medspas, automotive dealerships, and medical sales will be beneficial.
