RNS and LPNS

Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) play a critical role in delivering quality patient care within home health care settings. They are responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, providing wound care, and educating patients and their families to promote recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home health care environments
• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Monitor and record vital signs regularly
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Perform wound care and assist with treatments
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
• Develop and follow individualized care plans to meet patient needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in nursing
• Skilled in patient assessment and monitoring
• Knowledge of IV therapy procedures
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Strong communication skills for patient interaction
• Proficiency in medication administration techniques
